About Your Host
Constance Rhodes is the founder and president of FINDINGbalance, a faith-based nonprofit focused on eating and body image issues. She is the author of two books, Life Inside the Thin Cage and The Art of Being, and serves as co-director of the True Campaign with Travis Stewart, LPC, of partner organization Remuda Ranch.
