We’re not gonna sugarcoat things; building a True self-image takes effort. Like any process, you get out of it what you put into it. The good news is that you can take a huge leap toward positive change simply by making some minor tweaks to how you spend your personal time. For example, you can spend an hour a day reading various fashion & lifestyle magazines (after which you may feel compelled to diet, get botox, or spend money you don’t have on things you don’t need), OR you can turn your attention to material that is based on truth, hope, healing, and freedom.
Hmm... decisions, decisions.
Choose well.

The True Campaign exists to end the crisis of poor self-image by challenging cultural ideals about identity and beauty, so we can be free to impact our world as God intended. The following links will take you to passages of the Bible which speak to that which is true about Identity and Beauty, as well as how we are to impact the world around us.
Our True Cards offer "True-isms" that will help you believe. Place these True Cards wherever you need reminders about what is true. Some people have put them in their Bible, their journal, or on their bathroom mirror. Where will you put yours?
